02What we collect
We only collect the data you choose to give us. Through the contact form on this website that is:
- Your name
- Your company name, if you provide it
- Your email address
- The content of your message
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, embeds or advertising. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data about your visit is sent to any external font or content provider.
Our hosting provider records standard server access logs, which may include your IP address, the pages you requested and your browser type. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting and are managed by the provider.
03Why we use it, and on what legal basis
We use the data from the contact form for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use it for marketing, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed at us, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Where your message concerns a possible engagement, the basis may also be the performance of, or steps toward, a contract under Article 6(1)(b).
Please do not send sensitive personal data — health information, political or religious views, or similar — through the contact form.
04Who else processes it
Our website and email are hosted by one.com (Group.ONE), which acts as our data processor under a data processing agreement. They store the website files and transmit the email generated by the contact form. Data is processed within the EU/EEA.
We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA.
05How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. If your enquiry leads to a client relationship, the data becomes part of that engagement and is retained under the terms of the relevant agreement and applicable accounting law.
Server access logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s standard retention period.
06Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data erased
- Restrict or object to our processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent

If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), at imy.se.
07Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
